Natural Waste Fiber Processing Workshop "From Fibre to Paper"

For students of "ISISS Piedimonte Matese" Technical Industrial Institute - Technical Agricultural Institute.

The students will be engaged in a process of territorial regeneration through the dissemination and education of contemporary art, specifically the processing of plant fibres.

The aim is to experiment with participatory teaching in synergy with the various actors involved: interns, tutors from the Academy and the Fate Lab association, school teachers, students, and the community. This collaboration is designed to stimulate and bring local youth closer to the world of paper production using waste fibres available locally. Specifically, the project's ultimate goal is to provide students with the theoretical and practical tools and knowledge about handmade paper in its various aspects, making local resources as accessible and profitable as possible.

In particular, we will work with rye waste, continuing the "Dal Seme alla Pasta" project organised by the Agricultural Institute. dal seme alla pasta, organizzato dall’Istituto Agrario.
