Shaping new centres of gravity

We are transforming the San Potito Sannitico Auditorium into an international platform for contemporary arts

InOnda is an evolving ecosystem that turns an unfinished architecture into a living organism. It is a movement born from the land and its materials, fueled by local heritage and relations, projecting the Matese region onto the global cultural stage.

THE METHOD: A FLOW IN CONSTANT EXPANSION

Our approach leaves a tangible trace, following an evolutionary trajectory:

Matter → Space → Relationship → Stage → World

InOnda does not follow a linear path: explores, intersects, transforms.

THE PROCESS: A COLLECTIVE WORK IN THREE ACTS

The Auditorium evolves from an unexpressed space into a global performance platform through a three-act choral narrative:

 

ACT 1 | MATESE, MATERIA PRIMA.
Listening to the territory to amplify its voice

Our process begins with the Matese. Through MATMAP (mapping materials) we identify waste materials and local supply chains, activating a network of artisans, businesses, and the community.

Deep-Rooted Sustainability: Using what exists as our primary resource.

Tactile Identity:Translating local matter into the project’s aesthetic and structural code.

This is where the wave begins.

 

ACT 2 | L’AUDITORIUM SI FA CASA.
Co-producing a cultural ecosystem

The space comes to life through four Cantieri (Creative/Build-Labs). Experts and citizens act as activators, working side-by-side to shape the environment.

1. Il Retroscena

Building sanctuaries for artistic research. The Auditorium becomes permanent residency and hub for creation.

ACT 3 | IL MONDO INCONTRA IL MATESE.
From the local space to the global stage

Once activated, the space opens to international research. Between 2026 and 2027, InOnda will launch 3 International Calls for artist residencies and transdisciplinary productions.
