#Senzaditenonèlastessacosa is an innovative relational artistic project created by students from the New Art Technologies (NTA) course at the Academy of Fine Arts of Naples.

The project unfolded in two phases: In January 2018, 90 NTA students immersed themselves in San Potito Sannitico for a week to engage with the citizens, conduct research and capture the community’s essence through photography. The culmination was a great collective moment, "Tutti in in una foto” (Everyone in one photo), symbolizing the unity and identity of the community with 2000 people at its core. A message of identity that conveys and promotes the participation and cohesion of the community, in which everyone is part of a whole.

In May 2018, the phrase “Senza di te non é la stessa cosa” (It's not the same without you) adorned a wall in the town’s historic center, featuring photos taken of the locals on their first visit. Next to this mural, a meadow of vibrant flowers and a digital river invited the community to gather, creating a flow of relationships that reconnected them to the common territory. Interactive installations fostered the exchange between the inhabitants and made them protagonists of the artwork. This poetic and digital meadow harmonised artificial and natural elements, resulting in a relational anthropological sculpture.

The New Technologies of Art (NTA) mobile experimentation laboratory, composed of approximately 150 students, trains artists primarily in the field of new technologies with the aim of deconstructing conventional distinctions between theory and practice, knowledge, tools and techniques. NTA's artistic production offers a reflection on contemporary art development models, undertaking site-specific and relational projects (such as Festival del Bacio and #CUOREDINAPOLI) that reconsider the relationship between art and the public through an aesthetic lens that guides and nourishes the common territory.
